Deposite
Customers MUST send a deposit via Instapay or Vodafone Cash to confirm the order.
Issues
If at anytime you receive an order that has any issues the customer MUST contact us withing 5 hours.
Exchange
Customers are only allowed to exchange the product under the circumstances of any issues from our side.
