1. Orders & Payments
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as full prepayment options.
For COD orders, a deposit of 500 EGP is required to confirm your order.
The deposit can be paid via Instapay or Wallet Cash.
Orders without the deposit will not be processed.
Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance or complete payment online at checkout.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed once the deposit or full payment is received.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Puff N’ Stuff is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase, and only in cases of defective items or packing issues.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
5. Limitation of Liability
Puff N’ Stuff is not responsible for damages or losses arising from misuse of our products.
All products are intended for adult use only (18+).
